The Lorch S-RoboMIG power supply is the main component of the Ready-to-Robot system. The source is equipped with a SeamTracking tracking and adjustment function. This function constantly automatically moves the robot and the burner caliper to the desired position, adapting to the actual parameters of the workpiece. The generated signal is suitable for both vertical and horizontal adjustment of the burner caliper position.

Feeding mechanism for robotic welding RF-06
The requirements for the feeding mechanism used on the welding robot are clear: compact, lightweight, at the same time powerful and, of course, optimally isolated for the purpose of long-term protection of the robot electronics. RF-06 fully meets these requirements and is optimized for use on a robot from any point of view.

LorchNet-Connector connecting mechanism
The LorchNet-Connector ensures optimal connection of the S-RoboMIG source to the robot's control panel. It works as an adapter and transmits all the signals and information of the internal LorchNet bus system in the language of the robot. Also, all control signals from the burner – such as the purge function, collision protection and contact sensor - can be fully transmitted through the bus system.
